Caity apps

These routes read and change the apps Caity may use for you: the same switches as Caity's settings (Apps Caity Can Use) and the Caity tab in Photos' settings. They're for you in person: organization keys and assistants acting for someone get 403.

Your own apps (Photos, your personal Drive, Health and Mirage) are off until you turn them on, and Caity uses them only in Personal chats, never an organization's. Organization apps follow your role in that organization. Photos is read-only for Caity, and every look it takes is in Photos' activity log.
